2. What meetherway is
meetherway is a platform for short, public first meetings in Nairobi. Women choose the place and time. Men can send a signal. meetherway provides the technical platform and is not a participant in any meeting.
3. Account and profile
Core features require an account. Profile details, photos and intentions must be truthful and respectful. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for informing us if you suspect misuse.
4. Meetings and signals
A signal is an intentional request for a specific first meeting. A meeting is only confirmed when the woman accepts the signal and the platform shows the meeting as confirmed.
5. Public places
Nairobi meetings are designed for public places such as cafes, restaurants, rooftop bars, hotel lounges and brunch spots. The exact place may be protected before acceptance and shared after confirmation.
6. Verification
Nairobi verification focuses on trust and safety. Email verification is required. Selfie verification may be offered optionally. Credit card ownership is not required for Nairobi users.
7. Payments and future M-Pesa support
The Nairobi launch is prepared so future local payment options such as M-Pesa can be added. Unless a separate paid feature clearly states otherwise, meetherway does not charge users automatically for sending signals or creating meetings.
8. Safety and conduct
Users must act respectfully, honestly and reliably. Harassment, threats, deception, spam, commercial solicitation without consent and misuse are not allowed. Users meet at their own responsibility and should keep personal safety in mind.
9. Cancellations and no-shows
If you cannot attend a confirmed meeting, cancel as early as possible. Repeated no-shows, abusive use or unsafe behaviour may lead to restrictions or account suspension.
10. Liability
meetherway does not guarantee identity, behaviour, compatibility, attendance or the outcome of any meeting. Users remain responsible for their own decisions, boundaries and safety.
11. Changes
These terms may be updated as the Nairobi product, safety model, verification flow or local payment integrations evolve.
